Just a 5-minute walk from one of the most popular beaches in the Golfo Aranci, this charming duplex for 6 makes an ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday, or from which to explore Sardinia and the glamorous Costa Smeralda.
The raised ground-floor terrace looks out over trees to the blue sea of the Golfo Aranci. The terrace is partly shaded and furnished with sofas and armchairs, making it the ideal setting for sun-downers or a morning cup of coffee.
French windows lead from the balcony into the kitchen/dining area. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Moka coffee machine. The dining table can seat 6 people. There is a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV on the other side of the room, making a comfortable seating area.
